Everyone deserves a fair chance.

People who have been incarcerated face an unemployment rate of over 27% - higher than what the U.S. experienced even during the Great Depression. Indeed believes everyone deserves a fair chance at a job, regardless of their criminal history. 

To spread the word, my team partnered with the Wall Street Journal to film a short documentary in New Orleans and write an article featuring successful cases of Fair Chance Hiring.
